These do not meet our standard for complete parts, whether it be roundness, true leg lengths, wrinkle-free , or a true radius, but that doesn't make these parts worthless. Any good fabricator will be able to see the value in a bend, even if only a portion of the bend is still usable.

These bends are also great for beginning fabricators who are looking to build their first set of headers- but don't have the budget for perfect parts. These b-list mandrel bends give them the option of having USA made, ASTM/ASME certified stainless material to weld and work with, and allow for plenty of "fudge-factor" throughout the build process as inadvertent cuts are sure to be made. This will raise confidence in weld skill and cutting experience, without breaking the bank.
