Stainless Headers Mfg., Inc now proudly carries the muscle car & performance line of STS HP Spiral Turbo Baffles from Spiral Turbo Specialties. Built from stainless steel in the USA, these are the perfect no-compromise solution to any exhaust system utilizing an insert-type muffler or baffle.

Built from a heavily-tested and researched design, James has perfected the art of these spiral baffles.
Each size is "tunable" with an additional end cap to adjust sound levels to the driver's liking, but are certainly performance-minded.

These are sold as a pair, and will include (2) baffles, applicable stainless hardware, and instructions for installation.

These baffles are designed to fit snugly inside a 4.0" 16ga tube, and work great for sidepipes and undercar systems.

From STS website: "Applications for the street rods, using the STS baffles, eliminates bulky mufflers, and being the same size as the exhaust pipe they simply slip in and bolt to your exhaust pipe. Easy in and easy out. All of the street rod applications so far, have proven that if the baffles are placed at the end of the exhaust pipe at the rear of the car (about 6.0? in from the end, space permitting), the sound goes out the back and not up into the cabin of the street rod. Resonance is all but gone. However keep in mind that there are always exceptions"
