Introducing our complete line up of Stainless Marine Exhaust Manifolds. Specifically designed for durability, cost efficiency, and compact fitment, all without a compromise to performance.

These Big Block Chevy Long Branch stainless marine manifolds come standard with 2 1/4" primary exhaust tubes and a 3" collector, these are shrouded in a complete water jacket to maintain cool temperatures. Offered in 304 or 316 stainless steel, and purge-TIG welded, we pressure check every system to ensure proper welds and the best in exhaust manifold durability.

The Exhaust runners + Exhaust manifolds are built from 16ga (.063") thick material to improve strength and durability. The water jackets are hand-fit from 16ga stainless steel to give the best internal clearance to maximize water flow.

The manifolds terminate in a 3 1/2" v-band flange, allowing for easy adaptation to your risers, tailpipes, or existing exhaust.

The Standard Drop-Tail Pipes are jacketed for continuous water cooling, and the water is injected at the end of the tail drops for improved muffling to your tailpipe outlets.

These marine manifolds come standard with 3/8" water inlet tubes and -12AN fittings on the outlet for the v-band crossover. We can also adjust these sizes to best fit your needs.

Every system also comes standard with a water injection rail, complete with rubber hose and accompanying clamps. The inlet to the water injection rail uses a standard -12AN fitting, though this is easily modified to fit your needs.

At 1/5 the price of a custom jacketed header and drastic improvements in looks + durability compared to old fashioned cast iron manifolds, our stainless steel marine exhaust manifolds are the perfect solution to your marine exhaust needs.

Each System Includes:

• Pair of BBC Long Branch Headers (Left & Right Side)-Upswept and terminating in v-band assemblies
• Drop-Tail Pipes
• All matching water line fittings
• V-band & Clamp Assemblies for Connecting Tails to Headers

**In Order to maintain the lowest possible pricing, these headers have limited customizing options. We cannot alter the tube sizing or design of the headers. We CAN adjust the water rail sizing, water line fittings, and eliminate the tails if not needed. We can also adjust the material type, and the material finish. No other customizing is available on these headers.
