First founded by Chris Stepp in 2007, Stainless Headers was based on an aerospace and mechanical footing; providing only the highest quality components and fabrication experience that had been garnered over decades of aviation experience and excellence. From our first system to the quintessential 'Header Build Series' videos; the company has always strived to provide quality service and parts to our customer.Through decades of experience and knowledge, we have been uniquely tooled to outperform the market from day 1. Since 2007 we have grown leaps and bounds to become a leader in the industry of high-end header and exhaust components. If you can imagine it, we can build it. We have some of the most skilled fabricators that are not afraid of a challenge. With an endless material capabilities list, including 304, 316, 321, 347 stainless steel, nickel-alloys such as 625 & 718 Inconel, 3000,4000,5000 and 6000 series aluminum, a wide array of Titanium, and a blend of experience of steels and steel alloys, including chromoly fabrication.  

Stainless Headers Mfg., Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-end custom headers and header components, which are custom-built to meet each one of our customer’s individual needs. We offer a variety of materials, from 321 stainless and 304 stainless to mild steel. Custom header builders have come to know us as their primary source for high-end header components. Because we supply many aviation manufacturing facilities, our products and materials meet only the highest standards. Our merge collectors are hand-built, using time-tested craftsmanship. Our 321 stainless steel bends are mandrel-bent using the same techniques and care as mandrel bends used in the aerospace industry. Our 321 stainless steel header tubing is only Mil-T- 8808 Mil spec tubing. We also offer oval tubing and oval bends. You will find that our custom header mock-up kit is unique to the industry. This versatile header fabrication process enables us to build a set of custom headers for your specific application, without having the car in our shop.
