The collectors were left extra long for the customer to angle cut to his exact requirements for the side exit configuration. Notice the extruded part of this 2 1/2" tube where it comes up to meet the O2 bung. This type of design helps reduces cracking by giving the bung to primary tube a smooth transitional radius. These particular Pro Mod headers used a Racepak set of EGT bungs This set of headers was built for a Pro Mod big block Chevy with 5.3 bore spacing. Fabricated with 2 1/2" .049 321 stainless primary tubes and a 5" diameter secondary merge collector.
