Small Block Ford Z304 Stainless Header Flange

Precision laser cut form 3/8" thick 304 Stainless Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S. and are machine surfaced. These header flanges are specifically made for SBF-W heads with a 3" bolt space pattern. This Z304 pattern is also found on a number of AFR small block Ford heads.

Port Size: 1. 5/8", 1 3/4", 1 7/8", or 2" port sizes are available.

1/2" Thick Turbo Header Flange available for the 1 3/4" and 1 7/8" port sizes. The 1 3/4" port features a standard rectangle port shape on the head side, and a 2" counter-bore ring on the header side for larger tubing capabilities. The 1 7/8" flange port has a 1 7/8" round port shape.

Preformed Flange Stubs are 2"-3" in length, and are formed to perfectly fit the non-round port in the flange. Stubs drastically reduce overall build time and increase builder's efficiency.
