Our stainless mandrel bends are the bends of choice for high end header fabricators. What makes our mandrel bends different is the tubing we start off with. Made from an American made 304 stainless and bent in the U.S., they are the best mandrel bends on the market. Easy to fabricate with, they expand without cracking. This ability to form is essential when fitting the tube to your flange. Since we use an annealed 304 stainless, our mandrel bends can be shaped to fit the most complex of header flange shapes without cracking. This domestically made material welds superbly and doesn't rust like 400 series stainless.

These heavy gauge stainless steel mandrel bends are the same bends and material we use for all of our in-house turbo headers and boosted systems. The increased strength and rigidity with this 11ga tubing allows your turbos to remain supported without fear of cracking, the extra wall thickness is excellent at handling high temperatures and high boost pressures, and we have found it is much more fabricator-friendly to manipulate and weld than conventional sch10 or sch40 pipe.
