BMW S38 DOHC I-6 M5/M6 Stainless Header Flange

Precision laser cut from 3/8" thick 304 Stainless Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S.A. and are machine surface. These header flanges are designed for the BMW S38 DOHC I-6 engine, found in a large variety of BMW E-Series from 1984-1995; including the E28 M5 and E24 M6.

Preformed header flange stubs are 2"-3" in length, with one end perfectly formed to the shape of the exhaust port on the header flange. Many flanges come with several options in primary tube sizing that is pertinent to each application.
