Another unique header welding tool from SHM- our new Heat Sink Welding Flanges. Made from 1/2" thick 6061 aluminum, and drilled & tapped to your bolt pattern. These heat sink welding flanges are a perfect replacement for your header flange welding. Incorporating an open port to add a back-purge line while keeping costs down. These are a great alternative to a spare cylinder head, or drilling holes in your bench top. The great heat-sink capacity of aluminum also means your flanges will warp less, and not require any bulky clamps to get in the way of your welding process.

Each heat-sink flange can include anodizing for improved durability (add 2 week lead time) or header bolts.
