Water-Jacketed Toroidal Marine Merge Collectors- 2" Primary, 2 1/4" Jacket

The newest innovation in custom Marine Headers! These toroidal merge collectors are a single unit, water-jacketed performance merge collectors for custom marine & boat exhaust systems. Each collector can be customized for unique outlet connection options (For v-bands flanges marmon flanges, or MercRacing outlet style flanges) to connect to your tails. We can also add custom water fittings in either bead rolled tubing or threaded fittings for your water crossover tubes!

Each collector is made from 3D printed 316 stainless steel for extreme corrosion resistance, and strength.

 These collectors are sold AS A PAIR

Collector Outlet Options:

• Base Exit: Ends at the merge point, select your merge size. (Select the size that matches your tailpipe EXHAUST SIZE, NOT your tailpipe jacket size)
• Straight Exit: The exit size matches the merge size, the outlet is 6" long, and welded to the collector base
• Flanged Exit: Optional Outlet styles, V-bands, Marmon Flanges, or Merc Racing Tailpipe Flanges

 Water Outlet Options:

• No Water Outlet: No water fitting, put your own in at any convenient location
• Tube End Fitting: A bead rolled short piece of tubing welded before the end of the collector to add your water jumper hose
• Threaded Water Fitting: Optional threaded fitting styles, from Male NPT to Male -AN fittings to match your existing water line systems
