3D Printed 316 Stainless: 4-1 Performance Merge Collector: 2 1/4" Primary

Our 4 into 1- 16ga (.063") merge collectors are precision designed and 3D printed from 316SS in a process called additive manufacturing. The CAD modeling behind these collectors allows us to create a theoretically perfect merge collector. Perfectly fit and blended internal spike, large fillet corners and radii for increased strength, and consistent wall thickness for improved durability and consistent flow. No more stretched wall tubing, no worrying if welds are not fully penetrated or blended to a point, just a perfect, performance merge collector.

Each primary leg is designed for a 16 degree inlet bend angle, finding the perfect marriage between a short collector angle, and a smooth exhaust flow. Combining this merge angle with a perfectly sized and consistently shaped venturi means each collector is poised for peak performance in any application.
