Titanium Zoomie "Sniffer Savers" O2 Manifold Bellows

Sick of your O2 sensor manifolds "O2 Sniffers" breaking and failing? Not only is it a maintenance nightmare, failure during a run can throw your entire fuel curve off the charts- either killing your time, or worst case, killing your engine!

These simple, but effective "Sniffer Savers" from Stainless Headers MFG are the newest solution to the problem. They can be used in any new O2 sniffer system, or they can be retrofitted into any existing system.
When coupled with our Sniffer Saver Slip Joints, and properly installed, the longevity and durability of your o2 sniffer rail is dramatically improved.

 

These bellows can be installed without slip joints, and simply welded into your existing system, still improving the overall quality of life to be expected.

However, when used in conjunction with our O2 manifold slip joints, the combination of vibration absorption and thermal expansion mitigates the largest causes of Sniffer kit failures. 

 

A standard V8 system would use 3 of these for in between the primary tubes per bank, and recommended to add an additional 4th bellows in the downstream portion near the sensor bung, before the outlet tip. (See example pictures)
