3D Printed 316 Stainless: 3" Turbo Elbow-45mm Wastegate Tube

These ULTRA TIGHT radius, 90 degree elbows are ideal for turbo applications in a tight engine compartment.

The short length and smooth radius is a perfect solution for routing exhaust gasses to a turbocharger mounted 90 degrees off from the exhaust, without sacrificing velocities.

These 3D printed turbo inlet elbows are equivalent to 11ga tubing thickness at 0.120" thick, eliminating any concern for weakness or thin spots.

Each elbow is also on an impossible bend radius of 2.5" CLR, tighter than any mandrel bend could ever get, creating an even tighter design for compact turbo systems in cramped engine bays.

Every elbow also comes with an integrated wastegate tube, featuring generously sized filets and blended radii, further improving flow, strength, and wastegate priority.

Wastegate tubes can be had in sizes of 1 3/4" (for 40mm wastegate flange mounts) 1 7/8" (for 44mm/45mm wastegate flange mounts), 2" (for 50mm wastegate mounts), or 2.5" (for 60mm wastegate mounts)
