Duramax Diesel Turbo Headers- Straight Exit

Designed specific to the Durmax Diesel V8 engines and cylinder heads, including all factory and aftermarket cylinder head options. Each system is built from 304 stainless steel, with 1/2" thick header flanges and 11ga (.120" thick) tubing. All joints are purge-TIG welded, and finished above industry standards. Each flange is also machined flat & straight after welding to eliminate any warpage, and ensure a proper gasket seal. 

**These are intended for High Performance, Race Applications ONLY. These are NOT intended to be used in any standard engine bay configuration, as they will likely interfere with most factory accessories. 

These up and forward turbo headers come standard with the following specs:

• 1/2" Thick Header Flanges (Square Port)
• 2" Diameter Primary Tubes-11ga 304 stainless steel (1.76" ID)
• 2.5" Log Sizing, 11ga 304ss (2.26" ID)
• Male V-Band flange welded to outlet (Female flange + correct clamp included)

Each system also has several upgrade options available:

• Upgrade for Higher Power Build (Changes to 3" Log + V-Band sizing (2.76" ID))
• Add EGT Sensor Bungs (Either Racepak Style [external thread] OR 1/8" NPT Style [internal thread])
• Add EGT Sensor Bungs (Available in 1/8" NPT or 1/4" NPT Sizing)
• High Temp Ceramic Coating
