Musi 909/Buck Racing/Sonny's Big Block 5.3" Bore Space Stainless Steel Header Flange Kit

Precision laser cut from 3/8" thick 304 Stainless Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S. and are machine surfaced. These header flanges are compatible with the specialty Pat Musi 909 CID enigne, Buck Racing, Sonny's Racing 5.3" Bore Space Heads. They have a 5.3" bore spacing and a 3.86" diagonal bolt space

Stainless Headers Mfg. header flange kits come with the stubs formed and welded in to make custom header fabrication easier. 

Port Size: 2.75" Round Port

Welded primary stubs are 2" long and are 2 3/8", 2 1/2", or 2 3/4" OD.

Each Header Flange Kit comes with (2) 3/8" thick American Made 304 Stainless Steel flanges, and (8) stubs TIG welded and machine surfaced onto the flange.

Each flange has a 2" long stub welded on the mating surface and stitch welded on the exterior for bolt clearance. The flange is then surfaced for a superior gasket seal.

Made from an American made 304 stainless and purge tig welded, these flanges kits will get your header project off to a great start.
