Performance Slip-On Merge Collectors: 1 1/2" 3 into 1- 18ga (.049") 321 Stainless Steel

Our 3 into 1- 18ga (.049") merge collectors are machined and hand fit to perfection. From there they are purge tig welded and blended for optimal flow. This smooth transition maintains exhaust velocity, improving volume to efficiency. Available in a variety of merge sizes. This 1 1/2" primary 3 into 1- 16ga (.049") merge collector comes with the inlets expanded to accept a 1 1/2" primary tube. This 321 stainless steel is ideal for high strength and high exhaust temperature applications, while maintaining a lightweight composition.

Collector Outlet Options:

• Base Exit: Ends at the merge point, select your merge size.
• Straight Exit: The exit size matches the merge size, the outlet is 6" long, and welded to the collector base
• Transitional Exit: The exit size is larger than the merge size, this creates a venturi effect, improving exhaust velocity, and volumetric efficiency. These are 6" in length. We typically recommend the collector exit size be 1/2" larger than the merge size.
