Stainless Zoomie Sleeves

These zoomie sleeves are 2" in length, and can be had in 18ga (.049") or 16ga (.063") 304 stainless steel. They are sized to fit OVER your zoomie headers for the selected size. These zoomie sleeves make excellent mounts for adding a strut rod type support mount in the middle of your zoomie header tubes.

These also work great for adding a double-wall to the tip of your zoomie headers, helping to mitigate cracking or failure of the tubing due to the harmonics and vibrations seen in zoomie header systems.

Simply select your header tube size, and the quantity you need, we will provide the appropriately sized sleeves.

These come in a brushed finish. Mirror polishing is available for an additional fee.
